Housework

I did laundry this morning while Kate was still sleeping. I cleaned up some mess in our bedroom and also in the living room. I swept and mopped the floor; I scrubbed our bath tub and washed the shower curtain. Then after all that work, my belly was asking for food, so I cooked rice and a pork chop. Anyway, my hubby got up early today because it's his first day in school. He's back again to his job. He was so busy last night preparing his class. He has two courses to teach though. Sometimes I don't see him even though he's home. He prepares his class for hours. He also does additional research about food. It seems like he only comes out if he's starving or to get a bottle of water. But I have a trick for him, whenever I steam his mixed vegetables he comes out right away. I know he smells it cooking.
