Exercise

After my pregnancy I obviously gained weight. I used to be 118 lbs and went up to 150 lbs due to my pregnancy. But now it is sad to say that it is difficult for me to be back to normal the way that I used to be. I didn't think about doing exercise after the birth of my child. I thought that I would stay the same like when I was single. I feel very disappointed whenever I look at myself in the mirror. My weight is overbearing, like a balloon. I know that this is caused by lack of exercise, and also my diet. I don't have self-discipline about food, if it looks good and tasty I don't have any hesitation about it. I admit that it is a big mistake. Now I feel sorry for myself; it is a lot of work to loose weight and I should have to focus on it, or else I'll suffer my entire life...
