Breakfast
I had a very light breakfast this morning. I had one slice of bread and a cup of tea. I didn't feel like eating a lot. I just kept drinking tea the rest of the day. I didn't eat lunch either. From what I know, drinking tea is good for the brain. Most people don't realize that. Why is it good for the brain? The answer is it contains an amino acid called theanine. Theanine increases dopamine, which is a brain chemical that makes you feel very good.
