Health is Wealth
Mike went to the doctor yesterday and got a clean bill of health. The doctor said, "I wish I was as healthy as you." Mike doesn't like to go to the doctor because he feels he can get all the advantages of good health from visiting his swami friend, I forget his name. But once in a blue moon he'll go, just for the annual checkup. Today his blood pressure was so good the doctor called in the secretary and a colleague to show them the results. He was parading Mike through the office, and he told him, "You're one of the few people who are doing the right thing when it comes to diet and exercise." Mike goes to the gym almost every day and eats ten or more servings of vegetables per day. Sometimes he has a few fruits, but mostly he concentrates on leafy greens and cauliflower. His motto used to be A day without broccoli is a wasted day but he's been thinking of changing it to A day without cauliflower is a wasted day. He hasn't officially changed his motto because he feels that changing a motto is a big thing. But he now believes that cauliflower is even better for him than broccoli. In my opinion they're just about equal and they both taste equally great with olive oil or butter.
