Karla Paula Henry from Cebu City is Miss Philippines - Earth 2008. She really deserves to win after all. I watched the question and answer portion and she did a nice job right there. She answered all the questions straight away with no hesitation. Plus, she is a beauty. I am completely satisfied with her performance. I wish the best of luck for her long journey.
