I did a food experiment last night. First, you must realize that I don't have any clue how to cook chicken. Nobody ever taught me. I was wondering how to cook it. Then it popped into my head that maybe I could cook it like pork menudo, a Filipino delicacy. So without wasting any time I prepared the ingredients and cooked it the same as I would pork. Luckily, I was more successful than I expected. It tasted yummy... mmmmmm .... But, sad to say, I'm the only one eating it because Mike isn't a big fan of meat or any oil that has been heated (for more on this see the work of Udo Erasmus on fats).
