Chocolate

I love this white chocolate. It has a smooth filling and is very tasty. But I always resist eating this because I don't want to be diabetic. From what I know dark chocolate is better than white chocolate. According to researchers, dark chocolate has a lot of benefits. It is good for the heart and cardiovascular system. Dark chocolate has the highest level of flavonoids. And flavonoids are good for our body. Why? They prevent lung cancer and also help improve memory and aging parameters.
