Filipino Bread

This kind of bread is what we always see on the breakfast table in the Philippines. The name of this bread is Pandesal. People who are in the middle class or lower class are usually buying this. This is delicious, especially when it's hot. But since I am here now in the States I only buy this in a cellophane bag. I microwave it for about 20 seconds only. Then I put butter on it. That's my breakfast today, with a cup of tea. Anyway, I'm going to prepare my lunch too. I think I will make mongo soup with spinach. I'm sure no one will resist it because it is plain.

hmmm thats yummy i just have it for breakfast today with coffe, hubby love pan de sal too... good thing we have restaurant selling it fresh here but its 10 miles away, same thing buy a bunch and microwave...
