Lose Weight

Most women get bigger after their pregnancy. I know it takes time to lose weight or get back to normal figures. There are plenty of pills out there, but the best advise of all is something that will really surprise you. According to Gary Taubes in Good Calories, Bad Calories the one surefire way to lose weight is to stop eating carbohydrates.

waaah ... i really need to cut down on carbo! need to lose weight fast! it's been six months after i gave birth but am still not in my pre-pregnancy weight ... argghh!
