Bonnie and Clyde and Food
No criminal minds were ever more aware of the need for good cooking than Bonnie and Clyde. Lost to society, belonging to no family, no town, no social group, they had a little known fascination with food. Their final days were terrible, traveling from hotel to hotel in search of security, never able to sleep at night without the fear of being captured. But in their free moments they stopped robbing banks and spent their money in food markets and then cooked delicious seven-course meals on the road, including not a few casserole recipes.
