I have begun watching the , Where the Buffalo Roam. I think it is superior to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Both are good, but this movie has better camera work and the acting is quite good. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of Johnny Depp. But Bill Murray is terrific too as Hunter S. Thompson. This is certainly a family movie and all the jokes are in good fun. I wish there was a way I could hear director's commentary but it does not exist for my DVD.

Hunter S. Thompson Movie
I have begun watching the , Where the Buffalo Roam. I think it is superior to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Both are good, but this movie has better camera work and the acting is quite good. one of my favorite movies about one of my favorite authors..but the dvd didnt get the rights for the music from the original movie release, making it an inferior release..perhaps one day they'll release the way it was meant to be and get some commentary too...cant wait for Rum Diary
