Let the Hero Emerge
Heroes come in many types and from many lands, but as Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung have noted, the hero myth is usually centered around the same thematic elements, including the birth of the hero, his unknown childhood, his emergence into prominence, his fight with adversity, his receiving a gift, and his return triumphant. The fact that the hero must emerge may be of some interest to those who use online computer games, such as PS3.
