Sending Money

One of my friends called me last night about the site xoom.com. Actually, I just recently used xoom.com for sending money back home. I used western union before but I switched to xoom now because it's cheaper. Well, my friend asked me about how long the processing of xoom takes before the recipient can pick up. She was wondering because she used this once before and it was quick but now it's getting slower. She sent the money the other day but apparently it's still in process.
