Family Diets Rich in Almonds

"Because we can," is the way President Kennedy put it when he made his famous state of the union address back in the 60s. And that's the same attitude many dieters take when it comes to their latest diet pill. They figure it this way: If it works, why not try it. But my family is very cautious and we have another philosophy. We believe in the Edgar Cayce approach and we always try homeopathy first.
