A Nice Breakfast on the Road

Through the state of Kansas we drove and in the morning we came to a little roadside diner and had a breakfast of eggs and muffins and some black coffee to keep us alert for the long drive to Nebraska. We were interested in finding our more about insurance marketing and that was the entire reason for our road trip that winter. The year was 1979. Of course, today things have changed, and a lot of the research can be done online and through dedicated companies, but back then it was hard work finding out what you needed to know. But, boy, did those breakfasts help!
